Great Everything Must Change Interview

Andrew Jones has posted a great discussion/interview with Brian McLaren regarding the "Everything Must Change" book.

I've come across Andrew's site many times when researching various topics, but I keep forgetting to add him to my list of links. That is now rectified - he's a worthy whistler, indeed. Well worth checking out.

I've been absent for a couple weeks now, friends - my apologies. Lots going on, and lots of stuff I'm thinking about - hopefully I'll even get to sharing some of it with you soon! More to follow...

Yeah, you've been away for a while now. Been worried about you. Hope the job search has been productive.

Depends on the definition, I guess. If by productive you mean "productive of ambiguity and mild discouragement," then sure! Sounds like prospects at the hospital are drying up, too - are you gonna do another residency? Are you doing CPE stuff or pure chaplaincy?

I've been given another residency, so income is certain for next year. I'm still applying for chaplain positions, though, because as you know, resident pay sucks. But, as with you it seems, "productive of ambiguity and mild (some days major)" discouragement" is the rule of the day. Hope it improves for you, though!
